Barrister Cyprian Akao has over 20 years of practice in the legal profession, He gained experience within different areas and specializations and not only learnt on the job with regards the complexity of the work to be done but also excelled and have given my clients reasons to always inquire about his services when they have subsequent issues or opinions.
After graduating from the premier University in Nigeria, the University of Ibadan Barrister Cyprian then proceeded to the Nigerian Law School and called to the Bar in 2005. He was also granted a PGD in Law and LL.M in Corporate Business Law from Birmingham City University.
He worked in various law firms but the firm wherein he harnessed his legal practice was in Ibadan with Chief Bandele A. Aiku & Co (SAN) where litigation ranging from land issues, matrimonial, criminal, and civil to medical negligent cases and issues was a regular on the legal desk. This led to his starting of John Benjamin and Associates that has gone on to provide various legal services for clients, home and abroad. He advised clients in the Oil and Gas industry and was actively involved in the procurement of an OML. He is an adviser to a Client in the Pharmaceutical industry in the procurement of a $25,000,000.00 funding for its pharmaceutical Company as well as engaging one of its foreign partners that intends establishing a plant/office in Nigeria amongst other notable issues. He is engaged in the Bioscience industry as an adviser on the regulatory and ethical procedures that apply in the medical/health field and these include ProVamati Healthcare Limited, Friska Foods Limited amongst others. He is presently the Legal Adviser for The GeneLab Bioscience and Pomat Health. Barrister Cyprian Akao is also a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
