Adeola holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Biochemistry, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Medical Laboratory Science, specializing in Chemical Pathology. Her academic background has equipped her with a strong foundation in laboratory science and research.

Throughout her career, Adeola has demonstrated exceptional leadership and technical skills, having managed laboratory operations, coordinated research projects, and strengthened laboratory systems in various settings. Her experience working with the APIN Public Health Initiative and the College of Medicine University of Lagos/ART Laboratory has honed her expertise in implementing HIV laboratory programs and ensuring quality management systems.

Currently, Adeola serves as the Laboratory Director at The GeneLab, where she oversees laboratory operations, ensuring excellence in testing, research, and patient care.
