Olusuyi Victor is a Medical Laboratory Scientist with a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science and a Master’s degree in Cell and Molecular Biology. He has worked across Haematology, Chemical Pathology, Histopathology, and Microbiology laboratories at the University of Medical Sciences (UNIMED), Ondo State. He also has a strong background in public health. He has contributed to initiatives addressing public health diseases, particularly HIV/AIDS, through his work with an NGO, where he provided point-of-care testing and technical support to healthcare facilities across Nigeria.

Currently, Victor serves at The GeneLab Bioscience Limited in the Diagnostics Department, which encompasses Chemical Pathology, Microbiology, and Haematology laboratories. He contributes to the delivery of high-quality routine diagnostic testing and screening services, with a focus on oncology and molecular diagnostics, applying advanced laboratory techniques to improve patient care and support evidence-based clinical decision-making.
